The delivery time for all Mexico is 1 to 3 business days after confirmation of payment. * The delivery period will start counting from the confirmation of the payment and analysis of the data, which may take a business day .

What is your standard shipping time?

Shipping on orders over $1500 MXN is FREE! Variable Shipping rate for orders under $ 1500 MXN.

Withholding of Orders (Payments by credit or debit card)
It is possible that for your safety and ours, your order will be retained until you can confirm the Authorization Code generated by your bank when making the transaction. Coolkina.com has an anti-fraud system that can mark certain orders at risk. If this happens, we are obliged to retain the order until the customer can provide us with the Authorization Code. The code can be obtained by calling the bank issuing the card and asking for the same code, or if you are registered to receive SMS text messages from your bank, you can see it right there.


If your order is withheld, Coolkina.com will contact you to advise you of the status of your order and will ask you to investigate the Authorization Code for the payment made for the order. If we can not contact you by phone we will send you an email requesting the same. If you do not respond to the email, we will cancel the order and you will be refunded the money to the account with which the charge was made.


Whenever you have the Authorization Code, contact us at 52-9981242583 or email contactus@coolkina.com to confirm the code. Once the code has been confirmed, the order will be processed and the shipment will proceed.


How can I get the Authorization Code?
To obtain the Authorization Code for the charge, you must contact the bank that issued the credit card. Ask for the charge that was made giving date and amount of the order. And ask them to give you the Authorization Code for the position. Once you are given the Authorization Code, contact us on 52-9981242583 or reply to the email that was sent to us giving the code number.

If you already have in mind the type of product, color and size, you can perform the search by entering the keyword in the search box that is located in the main menu bar on the right.
Click on the photo of the product you like to be able to access the product details.
If you want to buy it, add it to your shopping cart.
After adding a product to the shopping cart, it is possible to continue buying and adding other products.
Once you have chosen all the products you want to buy, subtract the quantity of each product to update the amount of your purchase.
If you have a discount coupon, you can enter it before making the payment to compute the discount.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Coolkina.com will gladly accept package returns within 10 days after the sale of the product and make a full refund with the following options that you choose:

  • Return to your credit / debit card for the value of that product.
  • Return in store electronic wallet.
  • Exchange for another product of the same price or price.

Important:
We remind you that when the product has a problem other than you, the cost of return is on our account, but if not, you must incur this cost that may vary according to the product you bought for its size, weight and dimensions.

The only thing we ask to accept the returns is the following:
